This is a very quick post as I am frantically packing to go to the airport in a few hours, nothing like leaving it all to the last minute!!
We had a lovely Mother's Day in Palmerston North - Hamish was in from Berlin so it was wonderful to see him too and have a quick catch-up. The weather was even nice enough to eat outside so it was a perfect way to celebrate the gift of having mothers and being a mother. The only sad part was that Meggie wasn't with us, she had a party to go to in the afternoon so she stayed in Wellington.
