My (Cold) Birthday

Seeing as February is meant to be our best weather of the year I decided to have my birthday on the beach - a family picnic and swim. Unfortunately it was quite cold and windy, but our friends were game and we celebrated anyway and followed the picnic with the adults heading down to the local pub to hear some of the local dads playing.

March Madness Kiwi Style

 March started off with a bang - Josie started dancing on pointe in ballet, I went on a great trip to Akaroa with my girlfriends and Meggie was awarded Colours at school for doing so well last year - we are SO proud of her!!

Dragon Boating!!

Meggie had a great time rowing with the Marsden Year 12 Dragon Boating team. It was a beautiful day on the water and the girls had a blast, sadly they didn't win their races but they definitely showed a lot of enthusiasm and team spirit.

A New School Year Begins. . .
