Seussical!!!

Josie was absolutely amazing in the junior school production of Seussical. She played Maizy le Bird and gave an outstanding performance - we're biased we know but we got a lot of feedback from others who agreed.

Te Puhi Cooking School

Liz's sister Jane invited me to attend a fantastic cooking school with her and a group of friends in the Wairarapa. Te Puhi is run by Mary Biggs (formerly of Lavender's Green) out of her home in Featherston. We had such a lovely day learning to make pork belly, a delicious slow cooked red cabbage dish, smoked salmon, lemon posset and more. After being welcomed with a delicious cake and some coffee we wandered around the farm picking greens for the salad and lemons for the posset and walnuts for the salad.

Both Josie and Ellie had their Speech and Drama exams this month - and both of them got Honours Plus, the highest grade possible. Super proud of our little actresses!!
